Under the FREE Basic Listing you may list as many properties as you would like. In MLS, the price is per listing. Both plans are good for up to a 12 month listing.
The FREE Basic Listing will be at your pace as you are entering the info. Typically, an average entry takes about thirty minutes.
MLS will require you to complete a property fax sheet but the listing work will be done by us.
Under the FREE Basic Listing, you will be responsible for the setup of your listing. Of course, we are a call away should you need assistance.
If you decide to select the MLS listing service, we will review your information and create the listing for you. Further, we will reach out to confirm details and go over next steps. Our support staff is around to assist with any questions you may have.
